Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy
Perform quality checks and measurements to maintain high standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any production or machine-related issues
Collaborate with the production team to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
