Please note they are looking for three two-man gangs.

Day to day responsibilities:

* Excavating and preparing trenches for ducting and cabling

* Clearing blockages and ensuring ducts are free from obstructions

* Fitting boxes, chambers and associated infrastructure

* Carrying out minor and extensive track works as required

* Backfilling and reinstating surfaces, including tarmac, concrete and paving

* Implementing traffic management in compliance with Chapter 8 regulations

* Liaising with supervisors, engineers and project managers

* Completing daily work reports, photographs and relevant documentation

Skillset required for the role:

* Strong excavation and ducting experience

* Reinstatement skills (backfilling, tarmac, concrete, paving)

* Experience in minor and extensive track work and box fitting

* Problem-solving skills for on-site issues and blockages

* Time management and accurate reporting

* Site surveying and risk assessment abilities

* NRSWA Operative accreditation is a must have for at least one operative

* SA006 and relevant PIA accreditations are key

* Experience on the PIA or Virgin Media network is desirable
