Job Title: Carpenter

Area: South London (patched off to where you live)

Salary: £21.00 per hour + van & fuel card

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

My client, a leading Social Housing contractor are currently seeking to employ Carpenter to work on their Repairs and Maintenance contract on a Temp to Perm contract.

Duties will include:

* Carpentry

* Front Entrance Flat doors

* Inspections

* Minor Remedials Works

Requirements:

* Carpenter experience

* Social housing/High volume works experience

* UK Driving licence

* FRA Background

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
