The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our well-established and loyal team. This office-based role involves pricing and managing a variety of projects valued up to £3 million across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for refurbishment and construction projects.

* Evaluating project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine costs.

* Managing budgets and ensuring cost control throughout project lifecycles.

* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and terms.

* Contributing to financial reporting and ensuring projects remain commercially viable.

* Working collaboratively within a close-knit team to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in the construction or refurbishment sector.

* Strong understanding of cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration.

* Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.

* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
