Required Skills and Experience:

* Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior operational role, with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects.

* Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management and performance metrics.

* Telesales: Proven experience working in a company with a large telesales team.

* High-Volume Sales: Demonstrated experience managing high-volume sales environments, with a company making hundreds of sales daily.

* Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of in-house digital marketing strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC) and SEO traffic generation.

* Software Experience: Ability to develop and integrate software solutions to suit operational needs.

* B2C Experience: Significant experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) operations, understanding the intricacies and demands of consumer markets.

* Company size: Must have experience working in companies of 50 - 250 employees.

* Automotive Experience: Experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of its unique operational and market challenges.

* International Operations: Experience managing operations across multiple countries, with an understanding of global logistics, international regulations, and cultural differences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an operational leadership role, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.

* Location: This is not a remote role, so applicants must live within a 30-mile radius of Chichester.
