Customer Relationship Manager

Are you a target-driven individual with excellent communication skills? Our client is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to effectively manage existing customers and drive revenue growth in the manufacturing industry. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with our client's valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively managing existing customer accounts and developing relationships.
Conduct proactive calls to existing customers and business development calls to dealers.
Collaborate with field sales representatives and arrange site visits to maximise profitability.
Liaise with customers on order progression, stock availability, and lead time.
Provide support to team colleagues and sales coordinators when necessary.
Deal with customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
Make accurate cost calculations and provide formal quotations.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM management.
Attend industry exhibitions and networking events to stay updated on market trends.Skills and Experience:

Previous experience within a sales or sales administration role.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.Personal Attributes:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: up to £30,000.00 per year + commission opportunity

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
