Job Title: RC Detailer

A successful multi-disciplinary civil and structural design consultancy with expertise in various building materials and extensive experience in design-and-build contracts. Capabilities include value engineering for concrete frames, high-rise construction, addressing challenging ground conditions, managing temporary works, pre-stressed concrete design, and specifying high-tolerance industrial floors, among others.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled RC Detailer to join one of our best clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reinforced concrete detailing, particularly with large RC frame projects. This role involves working closely with our design team to produce accurate detailing for various structural elements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings for reinforced concrete structures, including foundations, beams, columns, walls, and slabs.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.

Review and interpret design specifications and structural plans.

Use CAD software to create and modify detailed drawings (experience with CADS RC preferred, but not required).

Utilize Revit for model integration and detailing (basic knowledge preferred, training available).

Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

Broad experience in RC detailing, particularly with large-scale projects.

Familiarity with all elements of RC frame construction.

Experience with CADS RC software is a plus; however, training will be provided.

Basic knowledge of Revit is advantageous, but not essential as training can be offered.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
