My client is an exciting and growing Social Media Agency who due to success are now looking to further expand their already strong team by adding an Account Director to help kick start their next stage on growth.

These guys work with a range of big property names, as well as smaller more locally based clients. That makes this is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to take their next steps & develop their skills within a dynamic and creative team, all whilst having exposure to a huge household name.

Experience working on Social Media Campaigns is a must!

You will be the face of the agency, working across multiple accounts, leading, building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of social campaigns.

Working closely with the wider teams, you will sink your teeth into the projects you and your team are working on, quality-controlling all work that flows through the agency to ensure the highest standard is delivered.

The ideal candidates will come with the following experience

Previous proven experience in a similar position is ideal
Experience working within an agency environment
Experience overseeing & leading Social Media projects from briefing through to final delivery
Experience with Property Marketing/Industry is beneficial!
Proven experience in key stakeholder management
Experience mentoring and managing
My client is based in Central London can offer a flexible hybrid working environment with 3 days in office & 2 days from home a week. Along with a starting of ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 depending on background & experience.
