As a Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in spinal surgery.
HCPC/NMC Registration.
Experience with complex spinal cases, including ALIF and TLIF.
Confidence in setting up theatres and running theatre lists.
