Job Title: Electrical Improver
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Location: Large static commercial site in Central London
Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 + overtime

We are looking for someone who is starting their career in the world of FM. The role will predominately be a lighting technician.

Main duties

Installation and replacement of lamps, ballasts, and light fixtures in commercial properties.

Diagnosing and repairing lighting faults.

Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure lighting systems are operational and compliant.

Working at heights using appropriate access equipment.

Requirements:

Basic installation understanding
Experience working in a commercial building is desirable
City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in electrical installations in desirable
18th edition
