Production Supervisor – DAY Shift

Circa £35k + Benefits

Permanent contract  

Typical shifts; Day shifts – Sunday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm (some flexibility)

Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an amazing artisan, manufacturer of high-end – Tortilla’s, sauces & salsa, hummus & pesto (NO MEAT)

Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a proven background in Food manufacturing.  

The successful Production Supervisor duties will include;

Lead the production line ensuring all work flow is manageable and meet targets
Supervise and manage a team of 40+ line operatives
Work to the departments SOPs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory
Ensure production is consistent & up to the companies high standards
Implement and manage KPI’s and reports
Work to the companies high standards at all times
Work to health & safety policies
This could be a brilliant chance for an experienced Food Production Team leader to step up or for an experienced team leader / supervisor to work for an exciting business with amazing leadership and big plans.

Required experience & characteristics;

At least 1years experience leading, managing, motivating a food production team
Proven people management skills

Experience of managing demand, workflow & supply
Reliable & conscientious
Courteous, polite & professional
