We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our clients business in the South Lanarkshire area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.

DUTIES

Analyse product specifications and requirements to ensure compliance

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, in line with established external standards and customer requirements

Oversee the development and implementation of QCP (quality control plans)

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly

Develop and deliver quality training programs for staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in a Quality Management role

Strong Analytical skills to assess processes and products effectively

In depth knowledge of quality principles and practices

Engineering knowledge - ability to interpret drawings, specifications etc

Excellent understanding of quality assurance procedures

Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Experience of the oil and gas industry would be beneficial
