Day Porter required to cover the front desk and maintain security at this residential block located between Swiss Cottage and St John’s Wood tube stations. You must be courteous, polite and positive to residents and have previous strong front desk/concierge experience. Duties will include ensuring that the front desk is covered for the duration of the shift, assisting residents, guests and visitors when and where required, logging mail and deliveries, monitoring the security of the development, answering the telephone, logging all messages, dealing with general enquiries, and rubbish collection. All applicants must be extremely customer focused, able to deal with demanding clientele, have a good command of the English language both written and spoken, be security conscious and have good attention to detail
