Static Electrical Engineer

Location: Derby
Salary: £39,000 - £40,000 basic
Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

* Organise and carry out both reactive repairs and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) on the site's M&E systems (including BMS, Fire Systems, Air Conditioning, Generators, LV Electrical Distribution, and Switch Gear).

* Respond swiftly to reactive maintenance requests from Contract Support or Management, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.

* Prioritise and delegate reactive and PPM tasks to maintain high standards of service delivery.

* Ensure PPM tasks are completed according to schedules and specifications.
