At Twenty 4 Seven Education we are seeking reliable, confident, and motivated Cover Supervisors to work in schools in Broadstairs and Ramsgate. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an engaging and orderly learning environment by managing classroom activities, supervising students during teachers’ absences, and supporting their progress in a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain focused and on task.

* Supervise classroom activities and provide guidance where needed.

* Support the learning environment by maintaining classroom order and encouraging positive behavior.

* Communicate any issues or challenges to relevant teaching staff and escalate where necessary.

* Foster a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment for students of various ages and abilities.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.

* Ability to engage and motivate students across different age groups.

* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead a classroom.

* A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to supporting students’ success.

* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools across Broadstairs and Ramsgate as needed
