Senior QS / QS – Bristol – Fit Out Contractor – Up to £60,000

Walker & Sloan are representing a fast-growing fit-out contractor in Bristol who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-end commercial and retail fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost planning, budgeting, and procurement for fit-out projects.

*

Managing contracts and valuations.

*

Ensuring project financials are controlled effectively.

*

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

*

Identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Requirements:

*

Experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects.

*

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Relevant degree or industry qualifications.

Salary & Benefits:
