VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Resident Liaison Officer for our client based in Sutton. The main responsibilities of this role are:

* Ensuring that the residents receive excellent customer service

* Visiting and issuing approved communications and literature to residents prior to works being carried out

* Creating tenant profiles and undertaking home surveys

* Keeping in contact with residents regularly

* Informing the residents of delays/changes to the programme of works

* Carrying out resident courtesy visits and following up
