The Opportunity:
Support Year 7 students in achieving academic progress across all subjects
Well-resourced mainstream secondary school with a strong inclusion team
Collaborative role working closely with the SENCo and teaching staff

Full-time role, Monday to Friday
Paid up to £115 per day, term time only
Based in Lambeth, London, with excellent transport links
Immediate start, with potential for a long-term placementKey Responsibilities:
Work under the guidance of the SENCo to implement effective support strategies
Strong behaviour management skills are essential to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Provide 1:1 and small group assistance to Year 7 students who require additional academic support
Help students remain engaged and focused during lessons, adapting materials where necessary
Support students with SEN needs, ensuring they feel confident and included in their learning
Assist students with coursework, organisation, and class participation
Liaise with teachers and support staff to track progress and adjust interventions accordinglyWho We're Looking For:
A minimum Level 3 qualification (essential).
Experience working in a secondary school or supporting students with SEN.
A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach to working with students.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
Ability to inspire and encourage students, creating a positive learning environment.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
