Key Responsibilities as an Toolroom Technician

* Operate both manual and CNC machines to produce and maintain complete tooling kits.

* Work with high-precision metal components to meet stringent quality standards.

* Perform routine maintenance and checks on all tooling equipment.

* Ensure accurate documentation of work processes and results.

* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine tooling designs.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and machine operations.

* Operate Toolroom measuring equipment

Candidate Requirements as an Toolroom Technician

* Proven experience as a Toolmaker with both manual and CNC machines.

* Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and maintaining complete tooling kits.

* Strong understanding of high-precision machining processes.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
