Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker

Who We're Looking For:

Our esteemed client is on the lookout for someone special—could it be you? We're hunting for Complex Care Support Workers who possess a magical blend of skills, experience, and enthusiasm. If you've got experience with PEG and Tracheotomy, you're practically a unicorn and we'd love to meet you!

Must-Haves:

* UK Driving Licence: If you can drive, you're halfway there! The client’s location is as remote as a mysterious island, and local transport is not an option.

* Safeguarding Knowledge: The safety of our clients is paramount.

* Previous Support Work Experience: You've been around the support block a few times.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Multilingual Skills: Great for international diplomacy—or just impressing at family dinners.

* Dance Moves: Whether it's the Tango or the Two-Step, your moves are welcome but not required.

Personality Traits:

* Infectiously Cheerful: Your smile is more contagious than a cat video.

* Passionate: You have a burning desire (not literally) to help people achieve their potential.

* Organized: Like a librarian on a caffeine high, you know where everything is and how to get things done.

The Role:

* Shift Patterns: From marathon-long 12-hour days to express 8-hour shifts or nocturnal 12-hour nights.

* Location Requirements: Due to our client’s secret hideaway location, driving is a must. Public transport won't get you there unless you fancy a long hike.
