This is a physical job requiring commitment, confidentiality and communcation; an ability to think outside the box and work with respect and gentle humour. This role is to work within a small team to support a female, full-time wheelchair user with high dependency needs to have an active, fulfilling life. NO EXPERIENCE is necessary as inhouse training is given but a willingness to workone-to-one, listen and learn is essential. This job gives a PA a unique insight into living with a disability in the community and is a learning experience that will stay with you forever. The basic week is 20-25 hours, including some full days, approximately 2 late evenings and some weekend and Bank Holidays + extra hours to cover holidays/sickness/emergencies.
ESSENTIAL: Able to work a full day + late evenings + some sleepover
LOCAL TO GRAVESEND/NORTHFLEET
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
ABLE TO ASSIST IN HYDROTHERAPY POOL (with training)
