About the Role
As Bodyshop Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a high-performing bodyshop. From ensuring top-quality repairs to managing team performance and achieving financial targets, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of accident repair specialists, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, and support staff.
* Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer and industry standards.
* Manage budgets, resources, and costs to optimize profitability.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with insurers, suppliers, and customers to streamline repair processes.
* Monitor and achieve performance metrics, including KPIs, to maintain operational efficiency.
* Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the bodyshop.
* Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
About You
We’re looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in automotive accident repair management. You’ll bring the expertise, drive, and leadership skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional operational and customer-focused results.
