Sennen Education are working with a supportive Primary School in Oldham, who are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant. The role is initially temporary, but has the chance to go permanent for the right candidate.

The role will include-

* Working 1:1 and in small groups with SEN children, supporting them in accessing learning.

* Supporting the class teacher and supervising children in learning activities.

* Nurturing and understanding the specific needs of individual children.

As such, all post holders are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, you may be required to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process. We offer all our registered candidates free safeguarding and prevent duty training.
