The ideal candidate must have exceptional management ability, someone with previous experience in a similar role, who can maintain and improve on the current results and performance.

General Manager Requirements:
• You will need to have an excellent, proven track record working in a similar, multi-site role
• You will need to be process driven with strong leadership skills and have the ability to manage and develop your team to produce the required result.
• You will also need to be highly organised and be able to manage the administrative and reporting side of the role in a timely and accurate manner.
• Able to demonstrate previous success within a large franchised dealer group
• You will have control of every aspect of the business so your organisational and motivational skills, you will need to be at the top of your game!
