Role: Workday Security Configuration Consultant
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: 12 months (Inside IR35)

Are you ready to be part of a transformative HR journey? We are seeking a dynamic HR Security Consultant to join my client who are a leading manufacturing company in the UK. This is your chance to play a crucial role in redefining and improving access and processes within Workday.

Key Responsibilities: As a Workday Security Configuration Consultant, you will:

Reconfigure HR security groups and roles within Workday, focusing on staffing processes (joiners, leavers, movers).
Lead configuration activities while collaborating with functional consultants on design and testing.
Potentially contribute to establishing a Workday data dictionary, enhancing the Workday Payroll feed, and optimizing Workday Help.What You'll Bring: To excel in this role, you should have:

Workday System Configuration Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of security configurations.
Experience with rebuilds in post-go-live/post-production environments.
A solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
HR Systems Experience: Proficiency in design methodology and implementations.
