Project Manager - Highways & General Civils - Norwich

A leading engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team on various major construction projects in the Norwich area.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timelines.
Develop and implement project plans, manage risks and safety issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Lead project teams, including internal resources and external contractors, fostering collaboration and achieving high performance.
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure success.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.
What We Need:

Has proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction / highways projects.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Is adept at using project management software and tools.
