Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator

Location: Preston Hybrid Working (3/2)

Salary: up to £65k

Hours of Work: 40 hours Monday – Friday

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

Our client is a long-standing, privately owned business specialising in domestic retrofit.

With an enviable reputation in the market, due to significant growth, they now require a level 5 qualified Retrofit Coordinator with proven experience of working within sustainability and retrofit.

Duties

* Oversee the entire project, from inception to final approval.

* Compliance with PAS2035 for all projects.

* Coordination of multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.

* Responsibility for health, safety and quality of all project works.

* Site visits as required to review projects and advise installers.

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

* Qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator.

* A full UK driver’s licence

* Minimum 1 year experience

* Strong technical knowledge of various insulation and heating systems

* Team player with effective communication skills
