Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our clients, this includes managing phone calls, emails and web requests as well as maintaining databases and providing administrative assistance.

Delivering an excellent and consistent customer service experience via all channels, including telephone, email, web, and face to face (internal colleagues);
*
Ensure that all customer contacts are handled well, giving customers the best possible experience;
*
Taking ownership, problem solving and ensuring a successful resolution for each call;
*
Ensure that information is accurately entered into our systems;
*
Allocate work requests to our dedicated field technicians and contractors
across the UK;
*
Continually and proactively develop your knowledge of services
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
*
Be able to receive and action telephone, email, and web requests for service in accordance with the Helpdesk procedures;
*
Good interpersonal skills answering calls in a professional and personable manner;
*
Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player;
*
Proficient in the use of IT platforms, Outlook, Word, Excel;
*
Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a customer centered service
organisation;
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
*
Excellent time management and organisational skills;
*
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
*
Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace;
*
Able to work in a high volume, transaction driven environment.
