Are you an experienced History Teacher looking for a maternity cover role?
GSL Education Lincoln is currently recruiting a History Teacher for maternity cover to work across a high-achieving school in Louth. We are seeking a committed and engaging educator who will inspire students in their learning and ensure that their education in history remains consistent and of high quality during this maternity cover.
History Teacher role:
The successful History Teacher will be working as part of a dedicated and dynamic team, delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards in the History department and ensuring that students are well-prepared for assessments.
The successful candidate will:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4
Be passionate about teaching and able to deliver creative and inspiring lessons
Have strong classroom management skills and a focus on raising student achievement
Be flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of maternity cover
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
