We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Unit Maintenance Leader to oversee and execute maintenance and improvement activities.

This role is crucial in ensuring the continuous delivery of manufacturing service levels through effective reactive maintenance and adjustments.

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

Supervise and carry out maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains operational.
Implement the Muller Production System within the unit.
Delegate maintenance tasks across the unit team.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly.
Withdraw parts from stores and log withdrawals in the SAP system for automatic reordering.
Complete all line manager tasks associated with the respective shift team.  

Key skills & experience

Technical college degree or equivalent.
Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, and general engineering maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and self-direction.
Personal drive and adaptability.
Effective team-working and leadership abilities.
Integrity and effective communication skills.
Experience in leading and developing a team.
