Account Manager

Location : Peterborough

Salary : £26500 - (Increase to £28000 after probation)

Hours : Monday – Friday 0830 – 1730 ( Rotational late night on Mondays 11- 8pm )

Account Manager / Account Co-ordintor

To account manage customer accounts ensuring these are administered and managed effectively and in line with agreed SLA’s.

Duties

* Ensure all data input of client documents is completed with accuracy and within agreed time scales.

* Responsible for dealing with account enquiries in an efficient and timely manner both face to face, via telephone and email.

* Account manage a specific set of accounts to develop and nurture relationships.

* Ensure administration processes on each of the accounts is completed to a high standard and is within SLAs.

* Resolve customer queries and complaints to a mutual satisfaction

* Manage the customer post and pre-sale documents.

* Provide management with live stock reports.

We are looking for :

* Sales or account management experience - Essential.

* Initiative and be flexibility able to react to change.

* Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising the workload.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
