FIELD SALES MANAGER – Field-Based Role (WFH 1 day, Field-Based 4 days)

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Manager to join a prestigious, premium brand within the professional skincare and cosmetics industry. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a company recognised for its innovation, luxury products, and ongoing expansion plans.

As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and brand awareness across the clinic, pharmacies, and retail partners. Covering London and the South, this role focuses on business development, sales strategy, training, and merchandising to maximise performance.

Position: Field Sales Manager

Salary: Up to £37,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: 5% on new business

Bonus: Up to 10% of salary based on company targets

Location: Field-Based role (1 day WFH, 4 days field based – London & Surrounding)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Start Date: Immediate, 2025 (dependent on notice period)

Requirements:

* 1-2+ Years experience within field sales (account management / new business)

* Passion for beauty and wellness, with a customer-first mindset

* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

* Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven

* Ability to train, motivate, and inspire sales teams

* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

* Experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus
