Job Description
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company. Your main duties will include:
Job Duties:
Managing a team of Management Accountants and Assistant Management Accountants
Developing and implementing financial strategies
Preparing financial reports and analysis
Managing budgets and forecasting
Overseeing financial transactions
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Providing financial advice to senior management
Required Qualifications:
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
Proven experience in a similar financial management role
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance or related field
Experience in the accounting industry
