Are you an experienced leader in children’s residential care ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead our clients 2-bed children’s home in Nottingham, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes for the children in your care. You’ll lead, support, and inspire a dedicated team to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards
✅ Lead, develop, and support your staff team to ensure high-quality care
✅ Manage referrals and placements effectively
✅ Create individual care plans and risk assessments tailored to each child
✅ Build strong relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals
✅ Drive continuous improvement and work towards achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings

Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children’s residential care setting
✔️ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management – Children and Young People (or working towards)
✔️ In-depth knowledge and experience of caring for children and young people with EBD and complex needs
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
✔️ Thorough understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory frameworks
