Role: Clinical Lead – Nursing Home
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £25 per hour

Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join a well-established care home, providing outstanding clinical care and governance.
 
About the Role:
As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. Working closely with nurses and carers, you will oversee clinical delivery, mentor the team, and support the Home Manager in maintaining compliance and best practices in nursing care.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the nursing team to provide high-quality care.
Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and governance regulations.
Oversee audits, risk management, and clinical decision-making.
Train, mentor, and support colleagues to promote best nursing practices.
Foster positive working relationships within the team. 
About You:

NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
Strong clinical expertise with the confidence to lead a team.
Prior management or team leadership experience preferred.
Excellent decision-making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
