Hays Education are looking for an EYFS specialist teacher for a full time job starting October 2024. This Nursery Teacher job is in a school based in Wallasey, Wirral and will be for at least 2 terms covering maternity leave.

Your new role
Working as part of the EYFS team, this teaching job will involve supporting the nursery class. You will have 1 x full time TA, and 2 who work across the key stage to support with play based learning in the class. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons based on the EYFS curriculum that will challenge the children and help them with their development as they settle into school.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Nursery Class Teacher job you will need:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience of working in a primary school that we can reference within the last 3 years
A proven record of raising attainment within EYFS
Excellent communication skills
A willingness to work within a team with class teachers and TAs, and even parents/ carers as appropriate
