We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control and quality assurance in our Engineering & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will implement and monitor all quality management systems, ensuring that our industrial manufacturing processes meet the highest standards.

Description
Develop and implement quality management systems throughout the organisation
Monitor and manage the inspection of incoming and outgoing product
Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing teams to improve product quality, process and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry and company quality standards within Aerospace AS9100
Conduct regular audits and generate reports on quality metrics
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as well as write supporting documentation
Handle customer complaints regarding product quality
Have experience in External AuditingProfile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
5 years proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
AS9100 experience is essential in order to be considered.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance, process and continuous improvement.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.Job Offer
