Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with FLT experience who is passionate about customer excellence?

At Weber we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to work at our Weber site in Telford, helping to deliver our World Class Manufacturing programme by guaranteeing the smooth running of our Warehouse Operations.

This Warehouse Operative role will be a part of a small team which is crucial in ensuring we deliver for our customers on time every time. You'll have great attention to detail, making sure processes are followed and orders are picked correctly, using of the SAP warehouse management system so batch traceability, good stock accuracy and stock rotation are maintained.

Weber is part of Saint-Gobain, we specialise in the manufacture of industrial mortar products including renders and decorative finishes, tile fixing products, floor screeds, technical mortars and external wall insulation systems. We manufacture from our plants in three locations across the UK which reduces our costs and carbon footprint to supply and transport our products to their local markets.

We operate a 6am-2pm and 12pm-8pm shift pattern in peak, dropping down to 10am-6pm in quieter times.

What we're looking for:

Previous warehouse operative role with use of an FLT
Strong customer focus
IT Literate
Methodical with good attention to detail
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
Continuous improvement mindset and passionate about ongoing self-developmentWhat you will be doing:

Managing all picking activities within WM, ensuring nothing has been missed. Dispatching of deliveries once loading is completed.
Co-ordinating of external Hauliers and yard management
Being H&S astute and enforcing company policy on all who attend site, reporting any unsafe acts to the Line Manager
Assisting other Warehouse functions as directed such as Goods in and stock control
