Right now, one of the SEND schools we work with in Nuneaton is looking for proactive, hands-on Teaching Assistants to support students with autism, ADHD, complex needs, and physical disabilities.

The Role

You’ll be working with students who may experience challenges with communication, emotional regulation, or sensory processing. Some will need structured routines and specialist strategies, while others simply need a patient, encouraging presence to help them engage with learning.

Every small win matters. Whether it’s a student using a new communication aid, gaining confidence in social situations, or managing emotions more effectively - your support has a lasting impact.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience supporting students with SEND (autism, ADHD, complex needs, or physical disabilities)
✔ A proactive, hands-on approach—enthusiasm and initiative matter more than qualifications
✔ Ability to adapt, engage, and support students in their learning journey
✔ A team player with a compassionate, patient attitude
✔ Relevant qualifications (Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Team Teach, MAPA, etc.) are a bonus but not essential
