What You'll Be Doing:

Master the Plan: Develop, maintain, and review detailed construction programmes for our projects, ensuring timelines are met and goals achieved.
Bid Support: Create bid programmes that align with submissions and give our bids the competitive edge.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and subcontractors to drive progress, identify risks, and proactively solve challenges.
Own Your Project: Take full ownership of your projects, from pre-construction to completion, providing performance updates and guiding the team to success.
Client Relationships: Manage relationships with existing clients, build new partnerships, and actively participate in business development activities.
What We're Looking For:

Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
4+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
Proficiency in programming software like Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6.
Experience working on large-scale environments with demonstrable results.
A knack for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex schedules.
