Corporate Sales Manager – APAC
Location: UK-based with travel to Malaysia every 3 months
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced sales leader with a strong background in B2B sales, ideally within the aerospace sector? We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to take full ownership of our APAC sales strategy, manage senior client relationships, and drive new business growth across Malaysia, China, India, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the APAC region, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
Lead, mentor, and develop internal and external sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture. These will be based in Malaysia so experience with remote management would be an advantage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in major client accounts, handling negotiations and resolving conflicts effectively.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving long-term growth across key APAC markets.
Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to optimize sales strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, promoting brand awareness and market presence.
Travel extensively across APAC, with a requirement to visit Malaysia every three months, as well as occasional trips to the UK and Europe.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the aerospace or metals industry.
Strong track record of managing high-value client relationships and winning new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to lead and develop sales teams to exceed targets.
Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
