Location: Northampton
Salary: up to £21.30ph // 40 hours per week / time ½ overtime

Day shifts // Monday to Friday

Company Overview:

A leading Highway Maintenance company is seeking skilled HGV/Plant Technicians. With a strong industry reputation, the company offers top-notch service and support to clients.

Role Overview:

The Mobile/Workshop HGV/Plant Technician will perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on HGVs and specialised Plant both in the workshop and on-site. The role includes attending breakdowns, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs and Plant

* Attend on-site breakdowns and provide mobile service.

* Conduct vehicle inspections for safety and compliance.

* Use diagnostic tools to identify and fix issues.

* Complete service records and paperwork accurately.

* Provide excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience as an HGV Technician or Plant Fitter

* NVQ Level 3 in HGV Maintenance or Plant

* Strong knowledge of HGV systems.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as needed.
