Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Trowbridge who is re actively looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

What you will be doing:

You will provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and chat channels. You will handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

What you will need to succeed:

Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent telephone manner.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse customer needs
Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systemsWhat you will receive in return:

£25,396.00 per annum
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
