Description

As a Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will include:

Assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging learning activities.
Provide individualised support to students, focusing on their unique learning needs.
Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Facilitate group activities and encourage student participation.
Support the school's policies and ethos.
Collaborate with other teaching staff to promote a cohesive learning experience.Profile

A successful Teaching Assistant should have:

Ideally proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An hourly salary in the range of £11.70 - £14.30.
