Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Hull City Centre

Salary: £22,500 per annual

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday - Hybrid after probation

Start date: November 2024

Responsibilities:

Action incoming correspondence and respond to messages
Contact customers, clients and lenders
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks
Assist with data input and uphold confidentiality standards
Work towards the achievement of monthly completion targets whilst maintaining high quality standards.Requirements:

Strong administrative and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
