We are hiring a Customer Dispute Advisor to join our clients dynamic team in Glasgow. You'll be responsible for managing customer queries related to suspected fraud, ensuring each case is handled smoothly from initial report through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for customers reporting fraudulent activity on their accounts.
Guide customers through the claims process, updating them at each stage.
Investigate, document, and manage claims to completion with accuracy and care.
Maintain detailed records and comply with security and privacy standards.Benefits:
