Recruitment Administrator
V-Recruit are currently recruiting 1 x Recruitment Administrator, to be based in the Rotherham area, on behalf of an industry leading Industrial & Construction company.
This role is initially a Fixed Term Contract for a duration of 6 months, with a potential to become permanent early for the right candidate.
This is a full-time role, with flexible working.
Duties to include:
* Assisting with end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job adverts on various platforms.
* Managing applications, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
* Communicating with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interview schedules.
* Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
* Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and HR systems.
* Conducting pre-employment checks, such as right-to-work verifications and reference requests.
* Handling recruitment-related enquiries from candidates and employees.
* Supporting the Resourcing team with general administrative tasks when required.
Job Specifics
* This is a fulltime role (36.25 hours), working on average 8 hours per day – flexibility with start and finish times – 8am-4pm/9am-5pm. You get a half day off per week, which is pre-booked with the team.
* Monday to Friday working week
* £25k per annum
* This a fixed term role currently, but has excellent potential to be made permanent for the right candidate

The candidate
The chosen candidate will be a confident communicator, who is highly motivated and driven to achieve results. We are looking for someone who has experience in a busy administrative environment, ideally within a Recruitment or HR office.
The chosen candidate must have experience in working to challenging deadlines and timescales, be self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
