Job Title: Cladding Estimator
Location: Teesside
Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

About Us:
We are a specialist contractor within the external envelope sector, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality cladding and rainscreen systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. As our workload continues to grow, we are looking to recruit a Cladding Estimator to join our team in Teesside.

The Role:
As a Cladding Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for cladding packages. You will work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure tenders are properly scoped, costed, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding systems, including materials, labour, and preliminaries

*

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and assess quotations

*

Assist with the preparation of tender submissions and client presentations

*

Attend tender review meetings and site visits as required

*

Maintain accurate records of estimates, costs, and correspondence

*

Support the handover process to the project delivery team

Requirements:

*

Experience in estimating cladding or external envelope works

*

Strong understanding of cladding systems and associated components

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with estimating software is a plus

*

Strong numerical and analytical skills

*

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

*

Confident communicator with a proactive approach

*

Based in or within commuting distance of Teesside
