Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a well-established organisation based in Basingstoke, is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative office environment, supporting essential business processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. Key responsibilities include:

Quotation Processing: Managing and processing client quotes with precision.
Client Onboarding: Taking new clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the company’s services.
Preparing Offerings: Assembling professional, tailored offerings for potential clients.
Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive a high-quality service.
Customer Support: Handling client queries with professionalism and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Our client is looking for someone with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. While office experience is preferred, they are open to considering candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate will have:

Customer Service Skills: A friendly, client-focused approach.
Organisational Ability: Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
IT Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience: Previous office-based experience is advantageous but not essential.What’s on Offer?
