Qualifications & Experience:

* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).

* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

* Strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.

* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to keeping children safe.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

* Enthusiasm for working with young children and a passion for early childhood development.
